The owner of this once-old apartment is a young woman, a blogger who has lived here all her life.
Moving to a new place wasn’t an option, so she decided on a radical renovation.
The 1960s-era building was transformed into something truly remarkable by the end of the makeover.
The first task was to replace the front door.
To visually expand the space, the walls were painted white, and large-format porcelain tiles were laid on the floor for practical reasons.
To the right of the entrance, there’s a stylish console, a mirror, and a compact turquoise ottoman.
A large wardrobe with mirrored fronts is nestled in a niche, providing ample storage for outerwear.
The original entrance to the kitchen was closed off, creating a new entrance from the living room.
They opted for a French-style sliding door instead of a regular one.
The floor and backsplash in the kitchen were adorned with porcelain stoneware, and a beige corner unit was installed along the wall.
The living room became a walk-through space, as you can access every room from here except the bathroom.
The balcony doors were replaced with French-style doors, allowing more natural light to flood the room.
To the right of the entrance to the living room is a cozy sofa that can be unfolded to create a full guest bed if needed.
Across from the sitting area, there’s a TV zone with a fireplace mantel.
From the living room, you enter the bedroom.
The walls are painted in a Tiffany blue, with classic laminate flooring.
The walls were enhanced with moldings and mirrors.
In the center stands a double bed with pink upholstery, featuring a lift mechanism that provides additional storage space underneath.
Next to the bed, there are bedside tables and a small custom-made vanity.
A full walk-in closet was also created, complete with all necessary amenities, including power outlets and ventilation.
The bathroom and toilet were combined into a single 6-square-meter space.
Matte porcelain stoneware tiles were chosen for the flooring, while the walls were covered with glossy porcelain tiles and mosaics.
